What is Summoning?

Summoning transforms a dormant Beacon NFT into a living, breathing Gotchipus. This is where your companion is truly born — with a soul, a name, a unique identity, and a faction.

The Summoning Ritual

Open the My Beacons window and select an unsummoned Beacon to begin.

Step 1: Name Your Gotchipus

Choose a unique name for your companion. This name is stored on-chain and displayed across all interfaces.

Step 2: Stake Collateral

Select a token and amount to stake as your Gotchipus’s soul energy:

ETH4,000 soul per 1 ETH
WETH4,000 soul per 1 ETH
USDC1 soul per 1 USDC
USDT1 soul per 1 USDT
WBTC150,000 soul per 1 WBTC
The collateral is sent to your Gotchipus’s Token-Bound Account, giving it real economic backing.

Step 3: Customize Appearance

Select visual traits for your Gotchipus:
  • Background — the environment behind your companion
  • Body — physical form and color
  • Eyes — eye shape and expression

Step 4: Confirm & Summon

Submit the transaction.

Pity System

If luck hasn’t been on your side, the pity system guarantees better results:

The summoning is irreversible — once your Beacon awakens as a Gotchipus, its faction, rarity, and appearance are permanent. Choose your name carefully.
